Beam formwork

Rebar cutting machine is widely used in the manufacturing industry, especially for the manufacturers of rebars. They are also equipped with rebar cutting machines to cut the rebars, directly provide the customers with the processed steel, and improve the sales cost.

H20 Beam is a type of concrete formwork wood beams. It is used in all formwork systems include wall formwork, table formwork, slab formwork, column formwork, etc. With the lightweight and heavy load, the H20 beam is easy to handle for safe construction.

The Steel Prop is a kind of adjustable vertical pipe support for concrete formwork supporting. A high tensile steel pin is located through a slot in the outer section and a hole in the inner section for coarse adjustments. The casting collar located below the pin gives fine adjustment for leveling or striking. Rolled thread ensures no loss of material or strength at this critical point. And this is to ensure assurance of safety when the project.

Shoring towers can also be realized using individual frames that are easily put together. Enormous flexibility is offered through the use of modular scaffolding, ranging from a simple shoring tower through to complex spatial shoring, and can be adapted to suit virtually any geometry as well as different loads.

Formwork is temporary or permanent molds into which concrete or similar materials are poured. In the context of concrete construction, the falsework supports the shuttering molds.

Slab Formwork essentially consists of a horizontal load-bearing structure which supports the formlining and transfers the forces into the shoring. For girder slab formwork, wooden or aluminum girders are crosswise-mounted and covered with formlining of choice.

Beam formwork takes the form of a three-sided box which is supported and propped in the correct position and to the desired level. The removal time for the formwork will vary with air temperature, humidity and consequent curing rate.

Column formwork is a type of concrete formwork. Concrete formwork is a mold made of steel, aluminum, timber, plastic, or other materials in which wet concrete is poured to achieve a desired shape and size for construction.

Plywood is a material manufactured from thin layers or "plies" of wood veneer that are glued together with adjacent layers having their wood grain rotated up to 90 degrees to one another. It is an engineered wood from the family of manufactured boards which include medium-density fibreboard (MDF), oriented strand board (OSB) and particle board (chipboard).
